We want you to be satisfied with Bidoriq. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
The free plan has no charges, so no refunds are applicable. Free users get 3 proposal generations at no cost.
If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. This applies to first-time subscribers only.
To request a refund under this policy, email us at support@bidoriq.com within 7 days of your charge with the subject line "Refund Request".
We do not offer refunds for subscription renewal charges. It is your responsibility to cancel your subscription before the renewal date if you no longer wish to be charged. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings page.
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us directly — we are happy to resolve issues quickly.
