By using Bidoriq you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Bidoriq, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using Bidoriq on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. Description of Service

Bidoriq is an AI-powered proposal writing tool that helps freelancers generate personalized Upwork proposals using Claude (Anthropic) and GPT-4o (OpenAI) models. We provide both free and paid subscription plans.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple free accounts

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Bidoriq to:

• Generate content that is fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive
• Violate Upwork's Terms of Service or any other platform's rules
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract our AI models or data
• Resell or redistribute access to Bidoriq without authorization
• Abuse the free plan by creating multiple accounts to avoid limits
• Use the service for any illegal or harmful purpose

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel before the renewal date. All prices are in USD. Taxes may apply based on your location.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

8. Intellectual Property

The proposals generated by Bidoriq using your input are yours to use freely. You retain full ownership of the content you submit and the proposals produced from it.

Bidoriq's platform, branding, code, and design are owned by us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bidoriq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that proposals generated will result in job interviews, client replies, or specific business outcomes. AI output quality may vary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bidoriq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. We will notify you where possible, unless doing so would cause harm.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Bidoriq after changes means you accept the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction where Bidoriq operates.
